I Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace welcomes in-house and not in-house guests for breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner.
  • AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST: fuel up with good mood from 7am to 10am
  • DINNER: Mediterranean flavors and Roman recipes from 7pm to 10pm.
During the summer months, in case of favorable weather conditions and warm temperatures, bar and restaurant move up to the Roof Terrace.

    SUPPLIERS
    Our objective is to support and spread the true Italian tastes. We carefully selected our suppliers: a local brewery, Birradamare, founded by three young Roman entrepreneurs, the famous local winery Casale del Giglio, wine producers for generations, Acqua di Nepi, one of the most famous water springs of Rome and the Pasta di Gragnano PGI by the prestigious Pastificio Di Martino, which produces 100% Italian pasta made of durum wheat flour since 1912 and finally, caffè Buscaglione that has made the history of the Italian espresso.
    We decided to partner up with local producers and local farms specialized in D.O.L. (di origine Laziale) products: from pasta to cheese, from bread to cured meats, everything has been selcted to guarantee a truly local experience.

    The search for raw materials, the ability to develop new combinations together with the creativity and the passion for his job are the perfect recipe for a sublime gastronomic experience. Our Chef opts for from farm to fork products, proposes mouthwatering Roman dishes and always chooses season products to offer an authentic, genuine and truly rooted in the Eternal City experience.
